Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging, with seals intact
• No torn pouches, broken packaging, or signs of damage
• Not spoiled or affected by improper storage

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the form below with your order number, the reason for the request, and a photo showing the product's current condition. Once submitted, we'll review your request and get back to you with next steps — including pickup arrangements or return instructions where applicable.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within a few business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
